For anxiously awaiting teams, Saturday November 4th marked the day that players finally got a taste of Arena Soccer at Canlan Sportsplex this weekend as the Youth Arena Premier League (YAPL) kicked off for some of the divisions.




The Youth Arena Premier League will kick off in the fall of 2017. The YAPL is open to all players and clubs for boys and girls under the age of 18. Approximately 80 teams will be playing at the Canlan Sportsplex in Mississauga.
In addition, 16 teams will have a Youth Arena Premier League Supergroup which will be playing out of the main bowl at the Hershey Centre. The YAPL will operate from October to April and offer players “The Arena Game”.
The YAPL will be sanctioned through CASA a member of the World Minifootball Federation (WMF) through its membership in the Pan-American MiniFootball Federation, which governs the sport in North, Central and South America.
